The experience of entering through the doors of the Miami City Ballet (MCB) lays in perceiving the harmony between the highest grade of professionalism, the attention to detail, and the evident warmth between all of its members.

The dancers' ability to lightly move about, to push off and fly suspending themselves infinitely in the air apparently with no major effort.
They achieve the comfortable flexibility and express words with their bodies, building sentences to the rhythm of their movements. At the same time, they follow with precise timing each note played by the orchestra. The dancers acquire perfect poses, detailed like sculptures guided by the mastery of their instructors.
However, the ideology of the MCB does not stop there, but rather extends infinitely in its expression crossing boundaries. It presents the ability to put together the mind and body, the musicality, to speak and express themselves with the body and learn new corporal languages. All this is in vain if the dancers individually or together, supported by the orchestra or not, are not capable of interpreting and understanding the narrative of the work. They must be aware of the concept of the material and all of its choreography. Therefore, the preparation of each of the dancers must come to an expressive level that is understood by the audience. They must go through all sorts of difficult positions until they achieve them, learn the physical alphabet and poetic gestures, understand them intelligently and technically; this is not enough until they achieve and understand a state of condition-reflex. The energy flows through the body, expressing itself to the audience with passion, bringing them more than they expected. There in lies the colossal aspect of the MCB and its superhuman dancers.

La experiencia de entrar por las puertas del Miami City Ballet (MCB) esta en percibir la armonía entre el más alto grado de profesionalismo, la atención al detalle y el calor humano existente entre todos sus miembros.
La entrada principal es un puente virtual que desemboca en un mundo donde se personifica toda expresion de arte y cultura, por medio de talentosos bailarines, respaldados por gran maestría musical y elaborados escenarios.

El MCB nos lleva al más allá, al mundo utópico fantástico que todo ser ilusiona, mientras nos libera de la tan agitada vida cotidiana a la que todos estamos acostumbrados. Más adelante, al atravesar las puertas a las salas de baile, empiezas a ser parte de este otro mundo. El entrenamiento persistente de los bailarines guiados por los más destacados profesores. La habilidad de los bailarines de desplazarse ligeramente, impulsarse a volar y suspenderse eternos en el aire aparentemente sin dificultad alguna. Ellos logran la flexibilidad comoda y expresar palabras con sus cuerpos, construyendo oraciones al paso de sus movimientos. A la vez de seguir con un tiempo exacto la música de la orquesta. Adquirir poses perfectas, detallandose como esculturas cada una de las posiciones guiadas por la maestría de sus instructores.

Pero la ideología del MCB no termina ahí, sino que se extiende infinitamente en su expresión cruzando fronteras. La habilidad de poner juntos la mente y el cuerpo, la musicalidad, hablar y expresarse con el cuerpo y aprender nuevos idiomas corporales. Todo esto es en vano si los bailarines individualmente o en conjunto, apoyados por la orquesta o no, no son capaces de la narrativa de la obra. Se debe conocer el concepto del material y toda su coreografía. Por eso, la preparación de cada uno de los bailarines debe llegar a un nivel expresivo entendible por la audiencia. Pasar por todo tipo de posiciones hasta lograrlas, aprender ese alfabeto físico, llevarlos a ademanes poeticos, entenderlos inteligentemente y conocerlos tecnicamente; son suficientes solo cuando se logra y se entiende un estado de condición-reflejo. La energía fluye por el cuerpo, expresandose a la audiencia con pasión, llevandoles más de lo que ellos esperan. Ahí se basa lo colosal del MCB y lo Superhumano de sus Bailarines.
